The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to promote next month's bout.
Former twice unified boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making massive earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters met for the usual face-off, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
